I took a position at this school and was shocked to find that their interpersonal communication is entirely inappropriate and frankly rude. Many of the long-term administration are extremely patronising. They would not allow me to have a copy of my contract even though it is illegal to withhold. They would also not allow any leaves despite their 3 day notice policy, I would provide them with 2 weeks notice and still the answer for a leave would be no. The HR department is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They raise their voice at their hires and many of them are just classless. Would not recommend as a job and would worry for the state of any kids enrolled there.
