How would you rate The British School of Gran Canaria?
Fond memories of this great school that prepares you for the future, whatever the country you decide to settle in.
As an American, I found the British School to be more rigorous, disciplined and caring than the schools I knew in the United States. My three children did the full 15 years at the BSGC and all went on to top universities in the US. The school gets the highest marks for the quality of the faculty, community spirit and diversity of the student population.
It is an excellent school that follows the British curriculum. The teachers are very professional and nearby. There is a great unity in the entire educational community. Children are happy and enjoy their school life. I recommend it, being a father with my son in this school. It is a line 1 school, so it is advisable to book a place well in advance because it is very requested. In my personal case I enrolled my son with 8 months of age.
