About Independent Bonn 色控传媒 (IBIS)
The Independent Bonn 色控传媒 (IBIS) has been the preferred choice of many parents for over 50 years and it continues to offer a first rate education for children from both the local and the international communities. IBIS is situated in a residential, leafy suburb of Bonn-Bad Godesberg and enjoys a well-resourced, purpose built school.
IBIS is a school where students are taught to think independently by inspirational teachers. I am privileged to lead our happy school – and look forward to introducing you to it.
When you visit, you’ll discover that our school feels like family. This friendly learning community is one we continually work to maintain and develop. It is an identity of which we are all rightly proud: an identity rooted in kindness, international mindedness, curiosity and ability to speak and understand both English and German – with our leavers ready for whichever path they will take in their Secondary education. And it is these qualities that are present in the thousands of small interactions that happen all the time at IBIS, the little daily events that make this such a special place.
Our staff share the responsibility to support and prepare all our pupils for their next steps in education, and our record bears that out. We help our students to understand that there are no limits to what is possible, that all doors are open to them, now and in the future.

Modern, integrated curriculum. Safe school fostering values of integrity, curiosity, contributing to community, curiosity. Great learning support program, dedicated staff. My kids have attended since the end of elementary school, now in secondary school. Friendly.

Love ibis 100% been to that school since 2009 in ms.pasch until 2016 in year 5 ms. Oshea we all did the leavers essembly so heart breaking. Hope I come visit soon! I want to thank the following names: Friends: Maia been with me since year 2 Aurelia who had been with me helping me and solving my problems And all of my friends with me Teachers: Ms.Pasch, Ms.Bruce, Ms.Teshka, Ms. Oshea, Mr. Van brown who had sadly died, Ms.. Oshea who had been with me two years, Ms. Anderson and mostly Ms. Bolick the head teacher. Thank you for reading
